Shape go to market

The faster a product gets to market the quicker it can be tested at scale. We aim to put a working product into customersโ€™ hands in as little as eight weeks after proof of concept, although in brownfield situations โ€“ with legacy systems or specific regulatory or brand risk โ€“ this would typically be around 12 weeks.

Working in two-week agile sprints with a demo of working software at the end of each, we continue to evolve the product idea to make the best fit with customer needs and business goals throughout this phase. The team is integrated and highly experienced. We employ lean agile design and development techniques, refined over the course of more than 60 successful product launches since 2007.

Great design and engineering alone are not enough: a full stack approach to product delivery encompasses all of the fundamentals of the venture

As well as designers and engineers the launch team includes specialists from the client business and Made by Many collaborating to plan for marketing, CRM and analytics, organisational factors such as staffing, operational and process development as well as the fundamentals of the underlying venture and business model.
