We're looking for a Senior Strategist to join our growing team.
Made by Many is a new kind of consulting company. Experts of varied backgrounds, in technology, product design and business strategy, we’ve come together to help ambitious businesses differentiate and compete to become digital businesses.
We’ve proven our quality in the market over the last 11 years: 77 clients, 102 strategy projects, 76 products launched into the market in 14 countries. But it’s not all about the product; it’s about putting our clients into a stronger long-term position, to be able to compete more effectively. For every client, that’s a different problem. With every client we find a different solution.
We believe that, in a world of continuous change, the right strategy evolves through an early, educated assessment, followed by our process of making, testing and learning.

You will identify innovative new business models and product opportunities, and work with clients to optimise existing ones.
You will be involved in carrying out primary research, working with designers and engineers to build empathy with our users, and developing prototypes to test out ideas.
You will lead the development of the business case for new product opportunities, working closely with our clients to help promote ideas within their organisation.
You will represent Made by Many externally, helping to win new clients and additional business from existing ones.
You will help our clients’ organisations develop new skills and capabilities, by helping to hire, coach or train client teams.

You will be a clear and capable communicator, equally at home in long-form text or presenting a vivid visual description of a service idea to an internal or client team.
You will be comfortable working with senior management teams and C-level executives.
You will have familiarity with some aspects of software architecture and development, as well as visual design and interaction design.
While strategists at Made by Many come from a wide range of backgrounds, we expect you will have had experience guiding stakeholders through a user-centric design process either as an external adviser, or as part of an internal team.
Some experience of and comfort with financial modelling is a plus!
